Due to it's many years managing various (International) projects, Interparking has acquired an extensive and broad expertise. This allows us to tailor specific advisory opinions on your parking issue.
During the location research, the arrival- and exit routes of cars to the parking location are mapped. The accesibility of pedestrians is also taken into account. Bottlenecks are mapped and an estimate of the 'catchment area' is made. This information serves as input for a feasibility study.
During a feasibility study, the expected sales level of a parking location is determined. For every location, the level of investment is evaluated. This is taken into account during the design phase.
Based on advice given by Interparking about the in-, through and outflow of visitors (cars and pedestrians) and the layout of parking spaces, an architect reviews the engineering requirements during the design phase.
Interparking also gives advice on:
- Design and maintenance (re) design.
- Design and wayfinding.
- Commercial strategy.
- Purchase of parking equipment and peripherals.
