Interparking WTC Beursplein Receives ESPA Gold Award

Interparking WTC Beursplein in Rotterdam has received the 2025 ESPA Gold Award. This European quality certification is awarded by the European Parking Association to parking facilities that meet the highest standards in areas such as safety, customer friendliness, maintenance, cleanliness, accessibility, sustainability, and innovation.

The award confirms that WTC Beursplein meets the so-called “gold standard” across all relevant criteria. The car park is well-lit throughout, while the entrance and exit lanes are wide and easily accessible. Wayfinding for visitors is excellent, both outside and inside the facility. In addition, the car park offers enhanced comfort through angled parking spaces and features sustainable amenities, including electric vehicle charging points.

"This award is a wonderful recognition of what we work on every day: providing a safe, clear, and pleasant parking facility for everyone who visits. As a team, we are proud of this achievement."
– Wim van Egmond, Manager Parking Facilities at Interparking

"Together with PDS – Cushman & Wakefield, Bouwinvest Office Fund has worked hard to create a parking facility that is more than just functional. Achieving ESPA Gold means that visitors can rely on a safe, comfortable, and high-quality parking experience – exactly what you would expect from this A++ location. We are extremely proud to have received this certification."
