What should I do if I arrive earlier than the start time of my booking?
For reservations for the Day Parking and Evening Parking products, you may enter the car park up to 15 minutes before your reserved start time in case you arrive earlier than expected.
This does not apply to the Flex Parking product. If you reserve Flex Parking, your selected start time is the earliest moment you can enter the car park. If you enter earlier, your Flex Parking reservation will not be recognised.
For all products, you can modify your reservation up to 4 hours before the start time via the “Manage my booking” environment. Click the link in your reservation confirmation and log in to access the environment.
