How to use the app step by step

Register on the Pcard app

  1. Download the Pcard app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Enter your details to create your account.

  3. Register a credit card (you'll be asked to authorize a €0 payment).

  4. Link your license plate to your account.

Do you already have a physical Pcard+? Here’s how to link it to the app:

  1. Enter the 19-digit number of your Pcard+.

  2. Enter the security code on the back of your card.

  3. Once the information is entered, your Pcard+ is linked to the app.

Does your phone have an NFC reader? Hold your physical Pcard+ against your phone to link it quickly and easily.

Import an existing contract

Do you have a contract signed after August 2025? Then it has been automatically added to the app! Is your contract from before August 2025? You’ll need to add it manually. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Enter the contract number you received when applying for your physical Pcard+.

  • You’ll receive a verification email.

  • Click Accept in the email.

  • Your existing contract is now imported into your account.

Parking with the Pcard app

  1. Scan the QR code at the Pcard+ entry terminal. The barrier will now open.

  2. Also scan your QR code when exiting the car park.

  3. Having problems scanning? Use the intercom.

Does the Pcard app work abroad?

Yes, you can use the Pcard app in several European countries, such as Belgium, Germany, Spain, France and many more. This way, you can park easily and conveniently abroad with your Pcard app!

How can I download and install the Pcard app?

You can download the Pcard app for free from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android). After downloading, open the app and log in with your account or easily create a new one. You’re then ready to get started!

How do I link my existing contract to the Pcard app?

When you applied for your physical Pcard+, you received a unique contract number. Enter this number in the app, and the system will send you a verification email. Your contract will only be added to your account after you click “Accept” in that email.

How do I link my physical Pcard+ to the app?

To link your Pcard+ to your account, the system will ask for the following information:

  • Your Pcard+ number (the 19 digits at the bottom of your card)

  • The security code (the last 4 letters or digits on the back of your card)

Once you’ve entered this information, your physical Pcard+ will be linked to the app!
