Bouwinvest Office Fund and Interparking Netherlands have signed an agreement for the management of the Olympic Stadium parking garage as of the 1st of October 2018. The parking facility with 850 parking spaces is located below the iconic Olympic Stadium, which was specially built for the 1928 Olympics. CBRE advised Bouwinvest during the selection and negotiation process.

Joanne Roozenburg, Senior Asset Manager at Bouwinvest: ‘We opted for Interparking to increase the service level in the parking garage. We are already working together for the management of the WTC The Hague parking garage and it works well. By working together on several buildings, we can increase the synergy’.
