Beach and Dune Walk
A beach walk is always a good idea, whether it's the height of summer or the middle of winter. Dress warmly and stroll along the extensive coastline of Scheveningen. Walk north along the beach and, wherever you like, turn right into the dunes. You can do this, for example, near Beachclub Oase, past DownUnderBeach, or just beyond het Puntje (the Point). This way, you can decide your own route!
Lunch
After a good walk, it's naturally time to warm up with a delicious lunch. Scheveningen offers plenty of choice! A recommendation is Moeke, a cozy place where you'll immediately feel at home. Or do you want to try different cuisines? Then Foodhall Scheveningen is ideal, with dishes from various cultures under one roof. For a magnificent view over the sea and the Pier, you should go to Brasserie The Beachroom. Here you can enjoy a lunch tasting with small dishes to share. Prefer to go towards the harbor? Then you shouldn't miss Simonis aan de Haven. This fish restaurant is a household name in the region and offers the most delicious fresh fish dishes. Perfect for completing your day at the beach!
More Than Just the Beach
Scheveningen has much more to offer than just beach walks and good food. Are you out with the kids? Then visit LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre. Here they can fully enjoy themselves with LEGO® and create the most beautiful constructions. Do you feel like doing some shopping? Then you can go to the Palace Promenade, a covered shopping center near the beach. For a bit of excitement and fun, you can also play a round of Glowgolf or discover the wondrous underwater world at Sea Life.
Parking near the Pier
The convenience of parking in Boulevard car park is that you step out directly at the Pier and the beach. This way, you don't have to worry about finding a parking space and can fully enjoy your day in Scheveningen.
