Do you want to park at Panorama Mesdag? That's affordable and easy in the Museumkwartier car park, just a few minutes' walk from the museum. A visit to Panorama Mesdag is a unique experience. This impressive 360-degree painting by H.W. Mesdag takes you back to Scheveningen in 1881. With a surface area of no less than 1680 m², it is the largest painting in the Netherlands and the only remaining panorama in our country. The artwork is applied in a specially designed rotunda, in which an artificial dune provides a lifelike perspective. Stand in the middle and experience the illusion of looking out over the sea, beach, and fishing boats from the Seinpostduin (Signal Post Dune).
