- How can I apply for a parking subscription?
Applying for a parking subscription is very easy! Go to the find a parking page and enter the city or parking garage name in the search bar. Select the parking garage you're interested in. Click on the 'subscribe to a parking' button and then click on 'subscription request.' Fill out the form.
Please note: Your request is only final once it has been accepted by our customer service team, who will contact you regarding this.
- How can I cancel my booking?
Want to cancel your booking? No problem, you can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your reservation starts! Click on the 'manage my booking' link in your reservation confirmation. Enter your reservation number and email address. You will then be directed to your personal account. Click on 'cancel reservation' and then 'OK'. Your reservation is now cancelled.
- How can I cancel my parking subscription?
You can cancel your parking subscription by filling out the cancellation form on our website.
- How can I change my parking subscription?
You can change your parking subscription by filling out the change form on our website.
- How can I change my registered license plate number?
You can change the license plate linked to your parking subscription by filling out the change form on our website.

- How can I download and install the Pcard app?
You can download the Pcard app for free from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android). After downloading, open the app and log in with your account or easily create a new one. You’re then ready to get started!
- How can I modify my booking?
We understand that plans can change. That's why you can modify your reservation up to 4 hours before the start time. Simply click on the 'manage my booking' link in your reservation confirmation. You'll be redirected to your personal account, where you can change the date, start time, and license plate.
- How can I pay in a parking garage?
Payment options may vary by parking garage. To find the correct information, go to our find a parking page. Enter the city or parking garage name in the search bar and select the parking garage of your choice. Here you will find all the details about the parking garage and its payment options.
- How can I pre-book a parking spot online?
You can easily pre-book a parking spot through our website! By reserving online in advance, you’re guaranteed a parking spot, benefit from quicker entry and exit with license plate recognition and enjoy reduced rates, up to 50% cheaper. Here’s how pre-booking a parking spot works:
Choose the city, parking location, desired parking product, and the date and time of your visit.
Enter your personal details.
Pay securely with iDEAL, Mastercard or Visa.
You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email.
