  • The parking garage shows "FULL," but I have an online booking, can I still enter?

    With an online reservation, we hold a parking spot for you. This means you can always enter, even if the parking garage shows "FULL."

  • Until when can I cancel my booking free of charge?

    You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your booking starts.

  • What is the maximum allowed parking duration when using P+R?

    The discounted rate is valid for a maximum of 96 hours. After that, the regular parking rate applies.

  • What is the maximum clearance height in the parking garages?

    The maximum clearance height may vary depending on the parking garage. Go to the find a parking page and enter the city or parking garage name in the search bar. Select the parking garage you're interested in. Here, you will find all the information about the parking garage, including the maximum clearance height.

  • What is the minimum contract duration for a subscription?

    The minimum contract duration is 3 months.

  • What products can I pre-book online?

    We offer different products for online pre-booking! These are: Day Parking and Evening Parking. Day Parking is ideal for long-term parking during the day, allowing you to park all day at a fixed, affordable rate. Evening Parking is perfect for an evening out, where you can park during the evening hours at a reduced rate. Not every product is available at all parking garages. Visit the online reservation page for an overview of all parking products per parking garage.

  • What should I do if I arrive earlier than the start time of my booking?

    With every booking, you can enter the parking garage up to 60 minutes earlier, in case you arrive ahead of schedule. If you wish to adjust your product or time in advance, you can do so from the 'manage my booking' section. Click the link in your reservation confirmation and log in to access your booking details.

  • What should I do if I lost my parking ticket?

    If you lose your parking ticket, you will need to pay the full daily rate at the payment machine. For assistance, press the intercom button at the payment machine and inform them that you've lost your ticket.

  • What should I do if the barrier doesn't open?

    If the barrier doesn't open, you can contact our control room directly via the intercom. They are available 24/7 and will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

  • When does my parking subscription start?

    Your subscription can start on either the 1st or the 15th of the month, whichever you prefer! Please note that we need five business days to process your subscription after your request. For example, if you request the subscription on the 29th of the month, the next available start date will be the 15th of the following month.
