- I’ve paid for my online booking, but I haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?
Please be patient! It can take up to 15 minutes for you to receive the reservation confirmation. If you haven't received it within 15 minutes, first check your spam folder, as it may sometimes end up there. Still nothing? Then please contact our customer service! Our team will be happy to assist you.
- If I leave earlier than my booking time, will I get a refund?
No, you will not receive a refund. Our parking products have a fixed validity period, so it’s important to make sure your booking matches the expected time you need.
- Is it useful to enter my license plate number in my details?
In the Netherlands, you use your physical Pcard+, not license plate recognition. If you go abroad and want to use your Pcard+ there, your license plate is usually recognized.
Selling your car? Make sure to remove your license plate from your account. If you don’t, the new owner could end up making parking charges at an Interparking garage abroad that would be charged to you.
- Is the Pcard app free to use?
Yes, downloading and using the Pcard app is completely free. You only pay your actual parking costs.
- Is there a notice period for my parking subscription?
It depends on the parking subscription. To check the applicable notice period, you can refer to the terms and conditions you received when you applied for the subscription.
- Is there parking assistance or staff available in the garage?
In many of our parking garages, staff is physically present. If you have any questions or if something is wrong, our staff will be happy to assist you. No staff is available? Don't worry! You can always contact our control room directly via the intercom, they are available 24/7 to assist you.
- My reservation is not being recognized at the entrance of the garage. What should I do?
Do you want to enter using license plate recognition? It may take a few seconds for your license plate to be scanned, so always wait a moment at the entrance before taking any action. If the barrier doesn't open, check your reservation confirmation. In some parking garages, you can enter using a QR code. Haven't received a QR code or still unable to enter with it? Press the intercom button, our control room will be happy to assist you!
- The parking garage shows "FULL," but I have an online booking, can I still enter?
With an online reservation, we hold a parking spot for you. This means you can always enter, even if the parking garage shows "FULL."
- Until when can I cancel my booking free of charge?
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your booking starts.
- What are the benefits of logging in?
You get an overview of all your bookings at the selected car park (Please note: your account is linked to one specific car park, so you will only see bookings for that location).
Your personal details are filled in automatically, making the booking process faster and easier.
