  • Can I use my Pcard+ to enter and exit the car park several times, while only paying the daily rate once?

    No, that is not possible. If you exit the car park and enter again the same day, a new parking period starts.

  • Can I use Park + Bike without pre-booking a parking spot?

    No, you need to pre-book a parking spot in order to benefit from the discounted Park + Bike rate.

  • Do I have to pay a subscription fee for the Pcard+?

    No, you only pay your parking costs.

  • Do I need to pay a registration fee for the Pcard+?

    No, applying for the Pcard+ is completely free!

  • For which parking garages can I order value cards?

    Go to the find a parking page and enter the name of the city or car park. Select the car park you are interested in. You can find information about the car park and the types of value cards available.

  • How can I add or remove a Pcard+ for my current contract?

    It is not possible for the Pcard+ Private to add an extra card to the contract, the maximum number of Pcard+ cards for this contract is one.

    To add a Pcard+ to your Private+ or Business contract, or to remove a Pcard+ from your contract, fill in the contact form on the website.

  • How can I cancel my Pcard+?

    Fill in the contact form on the website.

  • How can I get a transaction statement for my Pcard+?

    That is very easy. Log into your account via My Pcard+. All your transactions are listed here!

  • How can I pay for my value card order?

    Once you placed your order, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the value cards will be issued.

  • How can I pay using a QR code with my mobile phone?

    Upon entering parking garage Boulevard or Megastores, you will receive a parking ticket with a personal QR code on the back, linked to your license plate. If you wish to leave without going to the payment machine, simply scan the QR code on the back of the ticket and follow the instructions on your phone’s screen. Once payment is completed, you can exit. If your license plate is not read upon entry, a generic QR code will be printed. Scan the generic QR code and follow the instructions on your phone’s screen.
