- What features does the Pcard app offer?
The Pcard app is a convenient app that lets you easily park at over 500 Interparking car parks across Europe. You can enjoy discounts of up to 30% and no longer need to use payment machines. With license plate recognition or by simply scanning your QR code in the app, you can quickly enter and exit. You can also easily find an Interparking car park near you, wherever you are.
- What information can I manage in the Pcard app?
In your account, you can manage the following information:
Personal information
Contracts
Cards
Vehicles
With a Private contract, you can also view all your invoices.
- What is the maximum allowed parking duration when using P+R?
The discounted rate is valid for a maximum of 96 hours. After that, the regular parking rate applies.
- What is the maximum clearance height in the parking garages?
The maximum clearance height may vary depending on the parking garage. Go to the find a parking page and enter the city or parking garage name in the search bar. Select the parking garage you're interested in. Here, you will find all the information about the parking garage, including the maximum clearance height.
- What is the minimum contract duration for a subscription?
The minimum contract duration is 3 months.
- What is the Pcard app?
The Pcard app is the digital version of the Pcard+, allowing you to park easily and hassle-free at over 500 Interparking car parks across Europe. No more queues or dealing with payment machines, and at participating locations in Europe, you can save up to 30% on your parking fees! Link your license plate for quick entry and exit, view your parking history and manage your payment details directly in the app. Everything you need for a smooth parking experience, all in one handy app.
- What products can I pre-book online?
You can reserve three different parking products online: Flex Parking, Day Parking, and Evening Parking.
With Flex Parking, you choose your own arrival and departure times within the reservation period. You can also enter and exit the parking facility unlimited times during your reservation, and you can park for up to a maximum of 21 days.
Day Parking is parking for one calendar day at a reduced rate, valid from 00:01 to 23:59.
Evening Parking is perfect for a night out and is valid from 17:00 to 02:00 at a discounted rate.
Not every product is available at every parking garage. Therefore, please check the online reservation page for a complete overview per location.
- What should I do if I arrive earlier than the start time of my booking?
With every booking, you can enter the parking garage up to 60 minutes earlier, in case you arrive ahead of schedule. If you wish to adjust your product or time in advance, you can do so from the 'manage my booking' section. Click the link in your reservation confirmation and log in to access your booking details.
- What should I do if I lost my parking ticket?
If you lose your parking ticket, you will need to pay the full daily rate at the payment machine. For assistance, press the intercom button at the payment machine and inform them that you've lost your ticket.
- What should I do if the barrier doesn't open?
If the barrier doesn't open, you can contact our control room directly via the intercom. They are available 24/7 and will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
