  • How can I update my personal details?

    You can update your personal details by filling out the change form on our website.

  • How do I enter and exit the car park with my online booking?

    Below you fill find a step-by-step guide on how to easily enter the parking garage with your online reservation:

    1. Upon arrival, your license plate will be automatically scanned. Wait a moment until your booking is recognized.

    2. If your license plate is not recognized, scan the QR code from your confirmation e-mail at the scanner.

    3. Do not press the ticket button. This interferes with your reservation.

    4. Once your reservation is recognized, the barrier will automatically open, and you will receive a parking ticket. You can now enter the garage.

    5. If you’re having trouble entering, press the intercom button at the barrier. Our control center will be happy to assist you.

  • How do I get my value cards?

    Value cards are sent out by post, but you can also pick them up at the car park office.

  • How do I request a Pcard+?

    You can request a Pcard+ by filling in the form on the Pcard+ website.

  • How does Rent a Bob work?

    Rent a Bob provides a driver who will drive your car safely to your desired destination. To order a driver, use the Rent a Bob app. During the booking process in the app, enter the discount code 'Interparking' and enjoy a 10% discount. After arrival, the driver gets into his colleague's car and they drive on to the next customer.

  • How much time do I have to exit the parking garage after payment?

    Once the payment is completed, you have approximately 10 minutes to exit the parking garage.

  • I did not receive a receipt, can I request it afterwards?

    At the payment machine, you can print a receipt by pressing the 'receipt' button during payment. If this was not possible due to a malfunction of the machine, please fill out the contact form within 24 hours after leaving the garage and attach the following information:

    1. An image of the payment receipt from your bank

    2. An image of your short-term parking ticket

    If no malfunction is reported with the payment machine or if we receive the request more than 24 hours after leaving the garage, we are unfortunately unable to provide a receipt.

  • I don't have my parking card with me and my license plate isn't being recognized. Can I still park?

    Without your parking card, it is unfortunately not possible to park on your subscription. Please take a parking ticket from the machine when entering. Pay for your parking ticket at the payment machine when exiting.

  • I exited the parking garage without using my parking subscription. What should I do?

    No problem! Please contact our customer service and they'll reset your parking card for your next use.

  • I have cancelled my booking, when will the money be refunded to my account?

    We ensure that the amount will be refunded to your account within three business days
