- How can I receive an invoice for my online booking?
When pre-booking a parking spot online, select the option to receive an invoice under the 'details' section. The invoice will then be attached to the reservation confirmation you receive via email. Forgot to select this option? Don't worry! You can always download your invoice later by clicking the 'click here to download your invoice' link in your reservation confirmation.
- How can I request a refund after an incorrect payment?
You can submit a refund request via the contact form on our website. Please provide the requested information and as many details as possible, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- How can I update my personal details?
You can update your personal details by filling out the change form on our website.
- How do I enter and exit the car park with my online booking?
Below you fill find a step-by-step guide on how to easily enter the parking garage with your online reservation:
Upon arrival, your license plate will be automatically scanned. Wait a moment until your booking is recognized.
If your license plate is not recognized, scan the QR code from your confirmation e-mail at the scanner.
Do not press the ticket button. This interferes with your reservation.
Once your reservation is recognized, the barrier will automatically open, and you will receive a parking ticket. You can now enter the garage.
If you’re having trouble entering, press the intercom button at the barrier. Our control center will be happy to assist you.
- How do I get my value cards?
Value cards are sent out by post, but you can also pick them up at the car park office.
- How do I link my existing contract to the Pcard app?
When you applied for your physical Pcard+, you received a unique contract number. Enter this number in the app, and the system will send you a verification email. Your contract will only be added to your account after you click “Accept” in that email.
- How do I link my physical Pcard+ to the app?
To link your Pcard+ to your account, the system will ask for the following information:
Your Pcard+ number (the 19 digits at the bottom of your card)
The security code (the last 4 letters or digits on the back of your card)
Once you’ve entered this information, your physical Pcard+ will be linked to the app!
Does your phone have an NFC reader? Simply hold your physical Pcard+ against your phone to link it easily.
- How do I request a Pcard+?
You can request a Pcard+ by selecting your preferred contract type on the website and completing the application form.
- How does Rent a Bob work?
Rent a Bob provides a driver who will drive your car safely to your desired destination. To order a driver, use the Rent a Bob app. During the booking process in the app, enter the discount code 'Interparking' and enjoy a 10% discount. After arrival, the driver gets into his colleague's car and they drive on to the next customer.
- How much time do I have to exit the parking garage after payment?
Once the payment is completed, you have approximately 10 minutes to exit the parking garage.
