- How does the P+R work at parking garage Olympisch Stadion?
To make use of the special P+R rate, please follow these steps:
Enter the Olympisch Stadion car park via the P+R entrance. You will receive a P+R parking ticket.
You can travel to the city centre in any way you like for the outbound journey.. For the return journey, it is important that you travel back to the Olympisch Stadion from the city centre using GVB transport.
Travel with your personal OV-chipkaart or purchase a paper ticket at a GVB service point. Unfortunately, travelling using a debit card or digital tickets via an app are not yet accepted in this system.
Travel back with GVB from the city centre to the Olympisch Stadion car park. Please note: make sure your last check-in must be in the city centre. A last check-in outside the city centre will result in the loss of the P+R discount.
Present your parking ticket in the car park at the payment machine, scan your OV-chipkaart or paper GVB ticket within one hour after your last check-out and pay the reduced parking rate.
Exit the parking garage.
- How long will it take after ordering before I get my value cards?
Once we have received your payment, you can pick up your order at the office after 5 working days, or have the value cards sent to you.
- How many people can use the Park + Bike rental discount?
A maximum of 8 people can rent a bike at a discounted rate per online reservation.
- I can't enter the car park with my Pcard+ any more. What should I do?

- I entered a discount code for parking credit, but I don’t see the discount applied. Is this correct?
If you’ve entered a promotional code for parking credit, the discount will be applied to your next transaction. This means you won’t see it listed on your invoice. We only issue an invoice once your parking credit has been used up.
- I entered the parking garage Olympisch Stadion through the regular entrance. Can I still make use of the P+R rate?
No, that’s not possible. If you are still in the parking garage, exit as soon as possible after paying for your parking ticket at the payment machine. Then re-enter through the P+R entrance. Please note that we cannot refund the rates afterwards.
- I exited the car park and forgot to scan my Pcard. What do I do now?
Please contact our customer service immediately using the contact form on our website so that your transaction can be stopped.
- I used public transport (OV) in Amsterdam, but I am being charged the regular parking rate. What do I do now?
You have to stay in the right zone to be eligible for the reduced rate. If your last check-in is outside the city centre, the P+R discount is no longer valid. We are unable to adjust the rates afterwards.
- Is Park + Bike included in my parking fee?
No, this is not included in the parking fee.
- Is there a minimum order when ordering value cards?
Yes, a minimum order of 50 cards applies.
